Empties 2022 # 4

Image
It's time for another empties post. For this time I also have some samples in it, but let's talk about the products.  Nivea eye makeup remover. I often have an issue with removing the mascara. It seems I've managed to remove all of it, but in the next morning I still have some residue under my eyes. I have heard so many good things about this Nivea eye makeup remover so I decided to give it a go. I have to admit it was quite good, unfourtunately I still had some mascara left in the next morning, but it was really just a small amount. I probably will repurchase it at some point. Currently using Nivea micellar water and it's also quite good. L'Oreal Revitalift Filler moisturiser with hyaluronic acid. It had quite a unique texture almost mousse like and I absolutely enjoyed it. It's really great moisturiser for the price, so I highly recommend it. Lancome Advanced Genifique serum. I wasn't blown out about it, so nothing special to talk about it. It's was ok...

Empties 2022 #2

Image
It's time for some empties. I haven't written an empties post for an ages. I started to collect my empties at the beginning of the year. This will be a little longer post as I have quite some empties in it. Neutrogena Clear&Soothe Micellar Jelly makeup remover (200 ml). This makeup remover didn't sting my eyes however it was a bit drying for my liking. Plus goes for the pump applicator, it so much easier to use. Comparing the price and the product it was decent, but I don't think I would repurchase it, because as I said, it did dry my skin out a little.  Max Factor Radiant lift foundation in the shade 50 Natural (30 ml).The shade was way too dark for me and it's also too heavy duty foundations for my liking. In these days I prefer BB creams and tints to foundations. If you like skin look a like medium coverage foundation, this is for you, but for me it's too much coverage. Maybelline Fit me concealer in the shade 05 (6.8 ml). This is quite creamy concealer a...

Douglas haul

Image
Couple of days ago I made a Douglas order and decided to do a classic haul blogpost.Douglas is a Latvian based store, which is also available in Estonia. I just recieved all of the products and haven't tested anything out yet. If you would like me to a post of some of the specific product, please let me know in the comments. I ordered the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gelee Milk Cleanser . I needed a new cleanser and this one caught my eye, because of the Hydro slogan. I think I might have tried somethin else from this range before, but can't remember what. So I decided to give this cleanser a go. I tend to go towards the gel cleansers, so I fancied to try out something a little different and opted form milky cleanser. I also have to say another selling point was the pump. I for sure prefer the cleanser with the pump to other type of a packaging ones.  Douglas always adds couple of samples and tiny chocolate to your order. If I'm honest to myself, I don't remember to use the s...

February empties

Image
I decided to start monthly empties series. I usually just realize in some point how many empties I've collect and then these posts can get repetitive really easily, but I really like to share my empties. So here is my first monthly empties post - February empties. Let's start up with moisturisers.  Neutrogena Norwegian ultra nourishing intensive balm. It's really great for dry skin. As it says it's a balm  it's super thick moisturiser. It's not the quickest absorbing moistruriser, but I still liked it. Another good thing is that it doesn't have any scent. In case you have dry skin I recommend it. Joik Regenerating night cream. Joik is most likely my faveourite Estonian own brand. I liked everything about this moisturiser. It has a pump so packaging is really good and easy to use. This moisturiser can be used as day cream in case you have dry skin as I do. Eventhough I'm realy fussy with scents I really like this one - it's not too over...

Empties #7

Image
I haven't done empties post for an ages and today I decided to do one. There will be some more quite soon as I had too many empties to put in one post.    First of all Nurme beauty Chamomile Facial toner. I couldn't see a difference then I used it, but it's a toner so you kind of can't see it doing a hugh difference in general at least in my opinion. However it's like a face spritz and I enjoyed it a lot. It was really refreshing and easy do use. I don't know if I would repurshace, because it wasn't anything special. Dove Purely pampering nourishing lotion with pistachio cream and magnolia. This thing smells amazing. I also liked moistruriser itself, it didn't leave greasy and sticky layer on my skin and also moisturised my skin well. Nothing bad to say about it. Most likely will repurshace in some point. Avon Hydrating aloe and cotton face spritz. Again I like things in spritz for so quick and easy to use. I really enjoyed this produ...

2016 beauty favourites

Image
On Sunday I posted my 2016 makeup faves and as I said in that post I also have so many oher beauty products I really would like to share with all of you.  Let's start up with skincare. Neutrogena visibly clear range was a hugh saver for my skin in 2016. I had a lot of breakouts on my skin through 2016 and this range helped my skin a lots. I specifically like oil free moisturiser and cream wash from this range. I made a separate post about them, so I'll just leave the link here. As my skin has been dry yet spotty sometimes I've been liking Beauty formulas exfoliating facial scrub a lot. It has a tea tree in it and it's quite gentle scrub. Also doesn't dry my skin out, but gets rid off all of the dead skin. Tea tree oil in general has been a hugh favourite of mine. It really doesn't matter what brand you have, but just tea tree oil. As I said I've went through some nasty breakouts and tea tree oil was another product what really saved my s...
