Essence Dancing Green eyeshadow palette

Image
I have heard so much hype around these Essence small eyeshadow palettes. They come in 8 different shades. Eight palettes are: I like to MAUVE it!; TAUPE it up!; Dancing GREEN; ice, ice baby!;  CORAL me maybe; BRONZED this way!; my ROSE will go on; nothing COMPARES to nude. Recently I have liked the idea of green eyeshadow, so I decided to give a go to dancing Green palette as in this way I can try out the Essence palette and also can give a go green shadows. I've never had a green eyeshadow, so it's quite fun to try it out. My first impressions about this palette without actually using it on my eyes. I thought the greens will be more green if it makes sense, but luckily they are quite neutral, so I think it's nice start to play around with some greens. This palette has two matte shades, one shimmery shade and three metallic shades. As you can see from the picture four out of six shades are rather neutral and two of them are actual greens. I was pleasently surprised about th...

Empties 2022 #2

Image
It's time for some empties. I haven't written an empties post for an ages. I started to collect my empties at the beginning of the year. This will be a little longer post as I have quite some empties in it. Neutrogena Clear&Soothe Micellar Jelly makeup remover (200 ml). This makeup remover didn't sting my eyes however it was a bit drying for my liking. Plus goes for the pump applicator, it so much easier to use. Comparing the price and the product it was decent, but I don't think I would repurchase it, because as I said, it did dry my skin out a little.  Max Factor Radiant lift foundation in the shade 50 Natural (30 ml).The shade was way too dark for me and it's also too heavy duty foundations for my liking. In these days I prefer BB creams and tints to foundations. If you like skin look a like medium coverage foundation, this is for you, but for me it's too much coverage. Maybelline Fit me concealer in the shade 05 (6.8 ml). This is quite creamy concealer a...

Project Pan 2022 update #7

Image
It's time for the late update on my project pan items. I have tracked the progress, but really haven't had time to write a post about it. I can say just from the beginning, this wasn't great month as I didn't wear makeup a lot in July. Lets jump straight to the products. Zoeva Cocoa blend highlighter palette (2 x 3.2 g).The first shade called the Dessert, this adds such a lovely glow to my skin. I pretty much apply it all over skin as its quite subtle highlighter and doesn't look too blinding. Overall I used this product 18 times in July. Nars Voyageur eyeshadow palette in Hibiscus shade Coco beach. I use it as my eyebrow colour. It's a little ashy, but overall works well. Only thing I can say, it will take forever to use it up, as it's really well packed eyeshadow. For the past month I used it for 19 times and I actually think I have managed to expand the pan a little bit. I think I'll repress it quite soon. Catrice Volume and Lift brow mascara in the s...

Project Pan 2022 update #6

Image
It's time for the super late sixth update on my project pan items. I have tracked the progress, but really haven't had time to write a post about it. Overall I used this product 17 times in June so I was able to expand the pan a little.  The second shade is Mastery of Chocolate. As I already mentioned in the introduction, I use this highlighter as a blush. I used it for additional 20 times in June and actually was able to use it up. I am so happy about it. I liked this as a blush, but at the same time I have so many other blushes I can't wait to use. If I'm honest I thought this will take a bit longer to use up, but can't complain about it :). Project Pan 2022 update #5

Image
It's time to do another super late update on my project pan items, fifth one for this time. I have tracked the progress, but really haven't had time to write a post about it, hopefully I can get back on track with these posts pretty soon. Overall I used this product 21 times in May. It's quite decent amount, however didn't notice too much of a progress with the pan. Still many more months to go with this one. The second shade is Mastery of Chocolate. As I already mentioned in the introduction, I use this highlighter as a blush. I used it 22 times in May and expanded the pan a little more. Really happy that I have already had such a great progress on these two shades. This shade shouldn't take too long to...
